herbal remedies are great but in order for them to have the best possible effect on your body you need to follow a healthy lifestyle. Here some cornerstone guidelines:

  • Drink enough clean water
  • Eat as organic and raw as possible. Depending on your body-type see if you function best on a vegan or on a paleo diet. In any case avoid sugar, processed food, regular dairy and gluten.
  • Be physically active (Strength, Cardio, Stretching, Sweat at least once a day)
  • Rest enough - 7-8 hours of sleep per night and ON TIME -no later than 10pm AND in a dark place
  • Expose yourself to sunlight everyday
  • Get fresh air outside daily
  • DETOX regularly and stay away as much as you can from coffee, cigarettes, drugs, alcohol, chemicals, refined foods, etc.
  • Pray and meditate at least 10 minutes a day
  • Surrender all that is troubling you to God -> LOVE ALL, FORGIVE ALL, RECONCILE WITH ALL and let God's healing power of Love flow through you
